Figueirinha is the Arrábida's family beach: broad sand, calm water (the most sheltered stretch of the coast), and full services — bars, restaurant, lifeguards, bathrooms, umbrella rentals, formal car park. Right for families with kids, lunch on the sand, or simply not wanting to walk far from the car.
Blue Flag status for years running. At low tide the beach triples in size and a shallow lagoon appears — perfect for small children.
Km 3 of the coastal EN379-1 from Setúbal, with direct bus (763/762 in summer). Also the trailhead for the walk to Galapinhos.
