On Tróia's north tip, the Atlantic-facing beach has surf — a long white strip that runs eighteen kilometres south along the peninsula. Backed by Tróia Resort, with restaurants and a beach club.
The ferry ride over (~15 min by catamaran) often brings dolphin sightings. The beach is vast enough to swallow any peak-summer crowd.
